Eric is a Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB) and environmental scientist with a B.S. in Wildlife Science and an M.S. in Ecology from Penn State University. The CWB designation, awarded by The Wildlife Society, is a highly regarded professional credential that demonstrates advanced education, training, and experience in wildlife biology. Fewer than 2,000 wildlife biologists across the United States and Canada hold this certification, reflecting a high standard of professional achievement in the field.
During his time at Penn State, Eric studied state-listed endangered breeding birds, landscape ecology, forest management, and forest ecology, developing a particular expertise in ornithology. His academic and research experience provided a strong foundation in wildlife conservation, habitat management, and ecological assessment. After graduating, Eric joined Princeton Hydro in 2022 and has since become involved in a diverse range of natural resource projects. He leads and supports many of the firm’s wildlife-related initiatives while also specializing in wetland science and delineation, ecological inventories and assessments, regulatory compliance, restoration and mitigation monitoring, and habitat and vegetation management planning.
Eric is an avid birder who enjoys exploring local birding hotspots throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as destinations across the United States and the Neotropics. In his free time, he also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and following football.
