We’re relocating to Trenton’s historic Roebling Wireworks Carpentry Shop! In preparation for our May 2022 move-in date, the construction and design teams have been busy!
The building is an old industrial wireworks factory that is being revitalized into a new office space, under a historic preservation permit. The design highlights the space’s historic architectural elements – heavy timber beams, huge windows and skylights, and original brick walls – while incorporating state-of-the-art design and sustainability.

Additionally, the new office space is located next to the light rail and within a few blocks of the Trenton Transit Center to encourage employees to commute by train.
“It is the perfect mix of character, history, and location, and it fulfills our desire to be a part of the revitalization of the City of Trenton,” said Princeton Hydro President Geoff Goll.
The office is being constructed by Trenton-based Hx2 Development and designed by Trenton-based Architecture and Planning firm, Clarke Caton Hintz with support and encouragement from the City of Trenton and Greater Trenton, the local organization dedicated to advancing revitalization efforts in the City.
