Andy Ryba

Andy has over 25 years of accounting experience across diverse industries from large multi-national companies to smaller private businesses. After graduating from James Madison University with a BBA in Accounting with an Economics minor while competing in track & field throughout college, he began his career at Big 4 firm Ernst & Young. After E&Y, his next roles were at various accounting manager levels at larger organizations, while the second part of his career has been more at the controller level of smaller organizations.

In his spare time, after coaching his two sons in various sports as they were growing up, he is now a sports Uber with his wife driving to practices and games. His favorite spot is being on a lake kayaking or paddleboarding.
